The fwrite() writes to an open file.
fwrite()函数的作用是：将指定的内容写入文件（可安全用于二进制文件）。

The function will stop at the end of the file or when it reaches the specified length, whichever comes first.
这个函数将在文件的末尾处停止执行；或者，当它到达指定的长度时，它也会停止执行。

This function returns the number of bytes written, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数执行成功，将返回总共写入文件的字节数；如果执行失败，将返回False。
