The ftruncate() function truncates an open file to the specified length.
ftruncate()函数的作用是：将文件截断到给定的长度。

Returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数执行成功，将返回True；如果执行失败，将返回False。

ftruncate(file,size)

Parameter参数	Description描述
file	Required. Specifies the open file to truncate 必要参数。指定需要截断的文件对象
size	Required. Specifies the new file size 必要参数。指定截断的长度
