The fread() reads from an open file.
fread()函数的作用是：读取文件（可安全用于二进制文件）。
The function will stop at the end of the file or when it reaches the specified length, whichever comes first.
当函数在文件的末端停止或当其到达指定长度时，该函数将停止运行。
This function returns the read string, or FALSE on failure.
这个函数将返回读取的字符串；如果失败将返回False。
