The fputcsv() function formats a line as CSV and writes it to an open file.
fputcsv()函数的作用是：以CSV定义了一行并将其写进了一个打开着的文件中。

This function returns the length of the written string, or FALSE on failure.
这个函数将返回写入的字符串长度；如果执行失败将返回False。

fputcsv(file,fields,seperator,enclosure)

Parameter参数	Description描述
file	Required. Specifies the open file to write to 必要参数。指定需要执行操作的文件对象
fields	Required. Specifies which array to get the data from 必要参数。指定获取数据的数组对象
