The gettimeofday() function returns an array that contains current time information.
gettimeofday()函数的作用是：以一个数组的形式返回当前时间。

The meaning of the returning array keys:
返回的数组关键词：

• [sec] - seconds since the Unix Epoch
  [sec] – 从Unix Epoch开始计算的秒数
• [usec] - microseconds
  [usec] – 微妙；一百万分之一秒
• [minuteswest] - minutes west of Greenwich
  [minutestwest] – 格林威治西部时间（这里的单位是分钟）
• [dsttime] - type of dst correction
  [dsttime] – 夏令时修正类型
