The checkdate() function returns true if the specified date is valid, and false otherwise.
checkdate()函数的作用是：验证一个格里高里日期。如果指定的日期有效则返回True；无效则返回False。

A date is valid if:
一个日期在下列情况下有效：

• month is between 1 and 12 inclusive
  月份在1到12之间（包括1月和12月）
• day is within the allowed number of days for the particular month
  每个月所应包含的合理天数内的日参数有效
• year is between 1 and 32767 inclusive
  年份从1到32767
