The JDToUnix() function converts a Julian day count to a Unix timestamp.
JDToUnix()函数的作用是：将儒略日计数转为Unix时间戳[timestamp]。

Tips and Notes
注意点

Note: This function will return false if the parameter jd is not inside the Unix epoch (means that the Gregorian years must be between 1970 and 2037 or that jd >= 2440588 and jd <= 2465342). The time returned is local time.
注意：如果参数“jd”并不位于Unix时间戳之内（即：格里高里历中的年份必须在197年和2037年之间，或者2440588=<jd<=2465342），该函数将返回错误了；该函数返回的是本地时间。
